My comentator refered to this as the old washed up defender fear. He has to give himself 3m avantage to react in time if the striker makes a move. Too bad it fucks the entire defense line.
That's bad enough. Even worse he conpounds the mistake by stepping up thinking everything was all good. If he just tracked the ball it probably would have ended in nothing. Instead unmarked goal happens.

This guy is a fraud though, the likes of Iniesta moved on when they were still pretty damn good, but they are class act legends compared to this lazy bum.
Makes me apreciate greats like Xavi and Iniesta even more for leaving how they did. Puyol too. Real leaders who hate standing around when they can't make a difference at the highest level possible.

Yep. If all 3 are fit, they start and probably Balde too. Completely different back line and completely different matches.
