youre right he has been good, but we've all seen him perform on 'god' mode in the past, so we know it's in him to be at that level. he fades in and out of games and still relies on puyol which is most frustrating considering this will be pique's defense sooner rather than later. im not so much disappointed with his performances on the pitch, which have been good as i said, but more his leadership growth. he has to start developing as a leader of that defense. im just not entirely convinced ive seen that level jump from pique yet, but im expecting it to be that way soon. when pique is on god mode, he stays there and can own any attacker in the world. its more of an imposing himself on attackers thing (like he has in the past) than it is him making errors.
