If the rumor of multiple European clubs pursuing him is indeed true, then there is no way he would be sold for a paltry 2-5m. I mean, even Douglas was sold for more than that, right?

Well now that you put it that way it does make more sense for him to be valued higher than I mentioned because other power houses are interested in him, still, a guy that's worth 20m should at least have a season or two at top level competetition. 20m for a guy that has proven absolutely nothing... what happened to all the players that once were delighted top teams were even intestested on them and had to cut wood to warrant their salaries.

I don't know him. This is his 1st year at senior level, and I didn't watch fluminense at all yet. I never watch the state championships, as the quality is very low.

That seems true. I skipped it but there's even reports here from as early as march 2015 that PSG is also trying to sign him.

There were also reports of Juventus.
