It does matter how they actually perform, yes. We shouldnt accept some mad deals that has money-laundering written all over it. Keirrison was seen as the king of tap-ins in Brazil and didnt have any real strengths. So why do we go and buy him when our coach didnt even want him? I think we all know that deal was shady as hell, and had nothing to do with sporting objectives. This deal looks similar.

Skills observed: dribbling, sharp passing, good decision making for a young player, team player, good burst of pace over a short distance (pass and move football),elegant on the ball.

Can't get a read on his defensive skills and doesn't seem to be a shooter. Also hard to get a read of his general positioning sense. Definetly a good young talent though.

From my limited youtube scouting, kid has a similar playstyle to Pogba. Interesting talent but 20 mil is risky nonetheless even in this inflated market.

I don't know him. This is his 1st year at senior level, and I didn't watch fluminense at all yet. I never watch the state championships, as the quality is very low.
