Gonzalo Higuain

This is stupid amount of money for a player that has been choking hard for at least the last 4-5 years. Juve indeed look very desperate with this move.

This is madness.

They'd be better off investing that money in Icardi and a couple of other players.

I'm trying to figure out how a deal that makes Juventus stronger, is consider a bad.

Btw. Paul Pogba isn't gonna go to Man Utd. the media has had their fun, lets be realistic.

You guys will walk the league. Higuain or not.

In terms of CL success, he really isn't your man. You can say he's had bad luck, but he bad luck for Real Madrid? For Napoli? And for Argentina? Can't just be bad luck. The guy loses it in crunch situations. Some players raise their game, others don't do so well, but Higuain's level drops to a pathetic level.

He'd be a great player for you if you were trying to win the league and were in a title race, but you're not.

It's not that he just misses big, important chances and doesn't do well overall. He looks like he's scared and doesn't know what he's doing out there. The misses for Argentina have made it worse too.

The only thing i dont understand is, If Juve has that sort of a budget to spend on one player, why they are in denial of superior guys like Aubameyang/Lacazatte/Ibra/Costa, as most of them would have been significantly cheaper and had just as good or a better season as Higuain did domestically.

i mean, higuain basically guarantees them another Seria A since he thrives there. but he certainly wont help them progress in the CL, which is what juve really needs to improve on. and at that price

two years ago i would have been excited about this move. since then ive only lost faith in higuain and have come to dislike him...

I don't understand why a club that thrives on getting player by paying in installments and loans with buy option is making an above average striker who has a strong tendency to choke the 2nd highest transfer in history.

Could have got Griezmann for that.
