89+5 still means Juventus pays 94... that's the point.

And after the sum is negociated and Napoli would ask for 2 players instead of all being cash, the amount still stands and makes him 3rd most expensive player ever.

Wrong again, It's a discount for the buyer and part which the selling club has to pay, which is also what Real Madrid had to do

Juve is such a well run club, but what the hell are they doing?

90M+ for this born loser sounds like the worst deal ever.

The players who they give in exchange have their own value, if I buy a house and the one selling would want part cash, part my studio, we can make a deal, doesn't mean his house values only 60% of its value because that's all I payed cash.

Ibrahimovic was €46m in cash + Eto'o = €66m transfer value making him 2nd most expensive player at the moment when we got him from Inter, because Eto'o was valued in the deal at €20m

In Maurizio Sarri's first meeting with Gonzalo Higuain last July, the new Napoli boss looked his star striker straight in the eye and stated: "You're too lazy. If you don't change your attitude, you won't become the best centre forward in the world." It was an incredibly bold opening gambit. Higuain has long been known as an awkward character. Even his brother and agent, Nicolas, admit the forward is "introverted".

Sarri had, therefore, taken a huge gamble in telling Higuain that he was only paying at "70 per cent" of his potential in that pivotal opening encounter at Napoli's pre-season training camp at Dimaro. This time, though, Higuain reacted to the blunt appraisal of his performances in the best possible fashion. He got himself in peak physical condition and even changed his diet, losing four kilograms before the start of the 2015-16 campaign.

"Gonzalo can be a bit sensitive and it shows," the ex-Empoli boss explained. "But it's enough to to strike the right chord with him. A champion of his ability sometimes just needs to feel close to those around him." As his brother recently acknowledged, "Gonzalo grew up as a footballer and as a person as the world's biggest club, surrounded by champions. But now he is reaching maturity."

Higuain is a great striker, but he needs a really good man-manager for a coach, something Argentina has not had for decades. It is most important in finals, where you need that extra motivation and confidence injected to give your max.
Most of people here are obviously butthurt because of Messi hasnt won an international trophy, jesus get over it, but in reality, Higuain has to be blamed as much as any other player, including Messi, they all choked, but the biggest culprit has always been the manager, unable to get the teams minds clear so they once again go to finals and are mentally losers before it even begins.
Higuain would be awesome in any top team, 90 mil is a lot, but then again prices in football are totally insane lately anyways.
