It has nothing to do with Flick, his tactics or single players. The team simply lost its physical advantage it had the first 10 games of the season. We're not controlling the second half anymore, are slower everywhere. Even when we won the first 3 games with one goal difference, there was never a doubt about that win because we controlled the second half.
That's not the case anymore since November. That's also the other side of the medal having a young team with 17 year olds and other first professional season players like Casado. They simply don't have the physical strength yet to run every third day on the same level. Maybe some players also have mental fatigueness.
We won against Bayern and Madrid because we ran much more. That's the main issue they need to fix now.

There were a few posters here who wanted Thiago Motta here. Well, Juve are in 6th place in Serie and 19th place in CL.

We need to get players with leadership qualities and mental and physical toughness. Guys like De Jong, Fati, Torres and Ter Stegen should be out next summer but that will never happen. The squad lacks character and fight, that's for sure.

I was one of them. He also got a boatload of his signings which Hansi never got.

Should have stayed at Bologna and build that all considered, but then again there is time to turn things around. First 6 months are usually a learning phase.

Hansi had an incredible start overexpectations and the Xavista's were for some reason waiting to pounce. Utter titwanks, they even jumped when we lost the Gamper instead of just realised that Xavi reached his end and we needed to move on.

Nothing to do with physical edge, well not as much as you make out.

His tactics have been figured out by la Liga teams, which isn't a surprise, because this is la Liga.

He got completely out coached by R.S from start to finish.

He needs to make adjustments .

Flick can still turn it around. Fans should be behind the team. The atmosphere vs Las Palmas was dreadful. We lost many points I agree, but the matches were not easy. This year all teams are losing points and 85-88 points could be enough to win it.

But we simply have to win the league in these conditions. It is not a competing objective anymore, Madrid are dropping points and we need to snatch the title from them. Losing the title by wasting points vs smaller teams will be directly on Flick.

Yea this, Madrid can't be as poor as they've been this season and we aren't at least a few points clear.(5-7).

Because as I keep saying, they will eventually click, Bellingham is already starting to find form, but that's largely due to Vini being out, 2 can co exist, but 3 can't.

But we should still support the team and flick, we had a golden opportunity to have one hand on the championship come the end of December and threw it away, through a combination of the players and flick.

Now let's see if they have that dwag in them.

Maybe Flick is not a good motivator. Few months in with new manager everyone wants to prove themselves. Everyone praises even the shittiest Barca players and that's the end of it.

Would hate to believe issue is only physical. That would mean our medical staff, physio coaches and Flick himself, are making terrible decisions.

It’s unacceptable to be honest

These aren’t hard teams to drop points against we should beat them easily

We haven’t played Bilbao away and Atletico yet I’m afraid more dropped points to come

So fkn frustrating

We can't be as poor as we've been recently long term either. This could be just a big drop in form and we can recover. If not, winning the league will be almost impossible I agree.

I think we can improve and get back to better form. Especially at the back. Players like Kounde, Inigo, and even Cubarsi droped their level compared to two months ago. It's not all on Flick.

I think it's similar to last season in a way. We wasted a huge amount of points due to bad defending.
