La Liga is the best tactical & technical league in the world and we don't have the refs to bail us out when the smaller teams look set to take points from us.

You mean it has refs to push Madrid (just count the penalties given and 0 against) while we get fucked over?

I get what he's trying to do but i wonder if it's best to just drop back a bit and protect the lead sometimes.

It's not...
6 offsides against Dortmund tonight
0 offsides against Betis the other day when defenders dropped back a bit because they were not concentrated

Why is he struggling so much with the LL teams? Is it just lack of motivation from himself too? Seems like he hasn't really found the tactical and motivational stride for the LL yet.

It's lack of motivation and concentration from the players.
We could blast apart all those LL sides we dropped points against the last month

We are second in the table. If Xavi was here, we wouldn't be top 10.
People talk about a CF, LW and full backs but I'd like to see a physically dominant DM with Cassado. Pedri does provide creativity but us too soft in the pivot position.

Not really.

Pedri-Casado have been the best pivot pair so far in the season.
Complement each other perfectly, both work their asses off, and both circulate the ball properly, with Pedri being also magical

Any other combination there and we struggle to build up

What league is better than la Liga top to bottom tactically in your opinion?.

Because every time a Spanish team faces a team from let's say the EPL the regular is a foregone conclusion, at any level in Europe.

Same at international level.

LL is far worse tactically than EPL, Serie A, and probably even Bundesliga by now

Technically, if you mean the technical skill of the players, it's distributed everywhere nowadays because technical players can be bought

Spanish teams winning in Europe against English teams has nothing to do with it.
Besides a shitone of that stat is the Real Madrid - Liverpool fixture of the Klopp era

Note I said top to bottom.

La Liga teams beat almost every team they come across Top to bottom, consistently so it's not a fluke, nothing to do with Madrid.

They especially beat English teams.

La Liga is better tactical and technically than every league in Europe, facts speak for themselves, you can't pick and choose when you want to use the facts to suit your point of view.

If it was EPL teams constantly beating Spanish teams, you would be the first to point to it, as evidence of how superior the league is.

Flick is struggling with managers and players actually being smart in la Liga compared to what he's use to in the BL,but he'll adjust in time, he's a smart manager.

EPL is still the best league.

Yep, girona gave Liverpool the most difficult game they've had this season, ref gifted Liverpool that win.

La Liga teams are just superior, when it comes to the two Ts.

Flick's Barça is the first team to win at Signal Iduna Park in the Champions League since November 3, 2021. During that time, they played against Manchester City, Chelsea, Milan, Atletico Madrid, PSG, among others.
