For the time being, Flick should be criticized for the results in the league of course, but let's not exaggerate, much too early to doubt he is the right manager for us currently.

And while a more pragmatic manager probably does better in the league and loses fewer points this season... I doubt the performances vs bigger teams would look nearly as good as they do with Flick.

Performances vs big teams are all solid or above so far. That's a clear positive of this season.

Can't really care about that if we consistenly lose points against teams we should beat.

League win against Madrid has become pretty irrelevant now after dropping points vs Leganes, Las Palmas, Betis,...

Don't care about Saudi Cup nor group stage CL that much either.

Not quite so. Some managers that are more idealistic than pragmatic need some time to get things going before you make a decision about them.

To cut them off very fast is to miss out on potentially a good cycle of dominance.

For Barca to be back to its best, excessive pragmatism can hurt us in medium term.

He needs to bench dowksi, absolute dogshit. Barca only has one useless striker.

At this point give Pau Victor or Ferran full 90 minutes without shoehorning that clown in and they'll do better. Or put whoever as false 9.

So tired of that fraud jogging around, team is playing with 10 at best.

I'm sure he would consider playing more with a false 9, but too bad Dani "Glassman" Olmo is unavailable every second week.

Another question to ask is why Barcelona has fewer clean sheets this season than newly promoted sides like Valladolid and Leganes. It's a shocking stat.

Clean sheets in 2022-23: 26
Clean sheets in 2023-24: 17
Clean sheets so far in 2024-25: 4

This team can't defend.

Either learn to defend much better, or this inconsistency is gonna continue. You can't score 3+ goals every match. It is not realistic. You are gonna have off days in offense like all teams do.

Media finally starting to attack flick

❌ Barça has experienced a significant decline in La Liga, dropping from the top of the table with a 3-point lead over Real Madrid and a 7-point advantage over Atlético Madrid after Matchday 13, to third place, trailing Atlético Madrid by 5 points and Real Madrid by 4 points. This gap could widen to 7 points if Real Madrid defeats Las Palmas. This dramatic points collapse began after Matchday 13 and has continued until now.

❌ Barça has managed to earn only 6 points out of a possible 24, with just one win (against Mallorca), two draws (against Celta Vigo and Real Betis), and four losses (against Real Sociedad, Las Palmas, Leganés, and Atlético Madrid).

One week they love him, next week they hate him. Both weeks he produces extraordinary football. Everybody was aware that he plays high risk high reward before he came but seems like not everybody was aware you should not cry and moan if you apply the risk and there is no reward.

Wtf is this dude doing, 6 points from the last 8 LL games - that's fucking terrible even for Osasuna ffs! It's same Xavi shit when we chase a goal with 35ish minutes to go - loose inshacrosses where we don't have anybody, over and over and over again. Really? That's the best Flick can come up with? Well for fucks sake...
