Even if we dont win any titles, the level of improvement in football is reason enough to keep him for next season.

Titles are bonus.

Now before Sergh says "But but Xavi was fired after no-title season 🥺🥺🥺"

Yeah but his football was nothing special so you need to deliver titles 💯

I have this awful feeling he'll go down in our history as failure and I think he has done good things.
We finally moved away from that cancerous and deranged version of tiki taka - slow, static football without any pace or dynamic with some fictional control of the game.
He improved our attack multiple times, all our players look much better, their value increased, all good.
But, I have feeling all managers who came to Barca wants to be some visionary geniuses, want to implement some new, never seen, ideas. I am talking about our high line. That will be our downfall, as I don't see that line not being exploited in tough matches. For example, we are down 2 goals, we get back and take a lead by 2 goals and get a goal by one defender slipping. I mean, at that time even if 3 boys slipped we should have bodies behind. This high line would be good if used periodically but not all the time.
At the end I see us loosing the title and getting eliminated from CL and then this is a bad season no matter good games. At the end football is played for the titles, Real one last 4 CL in which I didn't even consider them among top 5 clubs by the way they played.

🗣️ Lamine Yamal on Hansi Flick:

💬 "He's one of the best coaches I've ever had. I haven't had many, but honestly, he's a ten. He tries to explain the reasons for things, whether he's changing you or you're not playing. Just everything. He tries to explain things. He tries to make sure we're all doing well."

I really dont understand why you come to this conclusion, what does failure mean? Only if he doesnt win this season and next season titles he would be a failure but cant see this happening

Is it really a compliment when you have only played under 2 first team coaches and 1 of them is Xavier Bin Laden?
