Matter of fact Flick will not have the best players at his disposal till early July due to EURO/Copa America.
Early July? The earliest will be end of July, some will be back early August. As the Euro final is on July, 14th and the players get at least 3 weeks holidays. He has 2 months to prepare. Football is not astro physics.

10 days wasted, could have been spent in tactical preparation, not training necessarily. Matter of fact Flick will not have the best players at his disposal till early July due to EURO/Copa America.

Nobody goes to Ibiza with football in mind.

come on dude he has also a wife and kids and if the season starts he wont go to holidays for 1 year so now is the best moment to go there

and it's in Ibiza so he will also learn spanish

Pre-season usually starts around July 10. Some knocked out take their vacation right away, not waiting for the final game of EURO. Abysmal to think Lewa knocked out in the group stage late June to arrive in late July.

Last games of group stage is 23-26 June. Add at least 3 weeks holidays to that and you still have the earliest players returning around the 20th. And that's only those who lose the group stages.

Fair enough, put it mid-July.

Let Hansiiiiiiiiiiiiii enjoy his holidays with his family

Guy will have enough time to prepare for the next season to prepare for next season

also it's stupid to learn for 10 days tactical things for your club when you have an international tournament in front of your nose

Only natural. He doesn't come across as a genius when you actually listen to him in German :S

bro you are completely overrating some words he said

im sure if we would hear what Carlo say in the dressing room in ht when his team looses you wouldnt think that this guy is on his way to win his 5th cl

One of the things that Laporta and the Barça board liked most about Hansi Flick was that he had a folder with names of players from Barça Atlètic and La Masia that had been studied for weeks. He has a clear and determined idea of betting on them. [

Where did he watch these players 🤔, he's going off YouTube highlights hype?..
Of course. YouTube, "Welcome To Barcelona" videos and Football Manager 2024 database, etc.

Those Twitter journalists are hit/miss accurate like the tweets Flick was learning Spanish intensively in February when Xavi first announced his departure.
