Another impressive aspect of his coaching is player improvement. Raphinha looks like a genuine world class player under him. Look at the youngsters like Pedri and Cassado. Kounde. Even Pena who we all savaged looks so much better. And he's a goalkeeper. This is no coincidence. It's genuine professionalism that has enabled this turnaround.
Only player who hasn't really thrived under Flick is Fati and I think he's a lost cause.

I'd say Fermin, Sharkinho, Eric Garcia, and Frenkie haven't really thrived either.

any bets on who will leave now that all are riding on a wave of success, de Jong, Araujo, Ferran, only Farti ain't?
De Jong and Fati should be out of the door ASAP because of their ridiculous wages. De Jong can only stay if he takes a 50% wage cut.

Eric Garcia should be out of the door, because he is Eric Garcia.

You're welcome
Didn't say he was bad, but there is no visible improvement since last season and is not thriving as was claimed.

I think he has improved or at least on road to improvement. Seems against betis he was more involved instead of just attacking impulse.

Maybe just imagination.

De Jong is back from injury. It's a little too early to say. I think he will leave but let's see. I think Tuna has improved his finishing. Fermin has been disappointing ,I agree. Garcia is just Garcia lol

Ferran and De Jong should not (and I hope are not) part of our long-term plan

Barca squad summer 2026 doesn't have any of them...
As it does not have Lewa
