It's relevant in a negotiating standpoint of course. What other offers he has on the table, whether we offer the same, less or more.

His former salary is not relevant and nor is it relevant to me saying 12m is too much for a soon to be 33 yr old.

I know as fans it our nature to comment on rumors but let's give it until the summer , sport was gassing us just like this last year & got everyone all hot and bothered.

Gundogan would be a nice piece, brozovic would be a good piece as well maybe.

Could go either way.

On one hand he is younger than Kroos and Modric and on the other he is about same age Xavi declined quickly.

The risk is paying him the salary if that is correct and the risk increases the more of these older players have in squad.

It is true, but we have similar style as city so...

We both play box midfield with 4, he will play on left side of the midfield...Ofc KDB and Haaland are on other level then our players but, his game should be same.

He will be massive upgrade to Kessie and Gavi.
