The talent ? easy to write this word, but what is meant by talent exactly?

how much he was decisive in the matches?
how much he won with the clubs and the national team?
how much he won a personal level?
the historical period must be taken into account?
...........

and in what percentage the above criteria to build the GOAT?

It's true though, it's ridiculous to say a 25 year old is the best player in history when some players like Giggs is still playing at a WC level at 40 years old and started his professional career when Messi was in Nappys + Messi hasn't lit up the world for his country or wore any other shirt other than Barcelona's.

What happens if Ronaldo wins the Ballon D'ore next year, one could argue he is the best player in history winning it in 2 different leagues. He should have won it last time but best not saying too much on that, but if you ask me who I believe the best player in history is, i say Maradona.
