Ivan Rakitić

He's made up for his recent lackluster midfield showings by scoring goals which considering that we are currently one goalscorer short is welcome. Hopefully this also prompts a return of his midfield dominance from last season as well.

He played on his natural position today - AM with 2 DMs behind him. Like I always said he's much more suited to be second man behind no 9 in 4-2-3-1 than CM in 4-3-3.

I didn't see the game, only the goals which were great finishes. In terms of control, handling pressure, how was he? Or it wasn't that type of a game where he'd face that?

I'm asking because i'd never doubt his work rate or finishing, but his job description implies control under pressure, quick ball movement and he's been a bit complacent this season.
