I watched the documentary on Rakitic. They make it clear that Raquel actually dismissed Rakitic during his first couple of attempts to hit on her. She seems to come from good and respectable upbringing.
And definitely no fake beauty. Pictures don't do her justice, watch an interview of her. Very attractive girl-next-door look she has.
