Class player and perhaps finally Argentina have a player alongside Messi who can link the midfield and attack.

They have been crying out for a Riquelme type of player for years and although I don't see him play that often and perhaps he's too attack minded but it's nice to have a midfielder who has bags of creativity.

Or, it could be that they've signed contracts they're expected to honor. Don't know of many clubs who've become great through selling their best players.
