Exactly this. Bench material. That means when one of Pique/Mascherano/Bartra is injured, suspended, or sent off, he steps in. Simple as that.

Except from that, he's been atrocious, sloppy in duels, and average technically speaking.

I don't know if it's unlucky or what, but ALLL of the matches where we draw or lose have been with him starting....I DON'T WANT TO SEE HIS ASS IN THE classico starting 11. This guy is a jinx, a bad player, or whatever, but we seem to always do bad with him int he starting 11. I just hope the team can get rid of him ASAP.
