That and being too desperate to keep amigos onside as knew losing them meant losing job and also too desperate to get the 'benefit' of Neymar sale immediately and made bad footballing decisions too often.

Fans wouldn't accept us losing Neymar and signing no one

From what Laporta is saying it seems they would be selling 49% of BLM for around 200m and 25% of tv rights for 25 years for 500m.

From the question that soci on the big screen asked, there seems to be a buyback clause for BLM. But club officials didn't really answer the question as to how much it will be, looks like a set percentage of the value of the BLM?

VP giving credit to previous board for internalising the BLM side of club in 2018 to allow for this sale which he said would be best for club whether in this situation or not.

They also set up Barca Studios as a source of future income.

The previous board did a lot of very good things on the business side of the club but fucking skewered it by the salaries being paid to players not worth it.

Yup, Bartomeu and his people had the vision and foresight to create the different components of Barca Corporate. Laporta and his board haven't done a thing since they have been in the office revenue and corporate-wise.

They never mentioned what the buy back option would be. Most they said really was they expected to have ability to buy back in this term, profits would be capped for whoever pays the 49% and expect to be worth 1.2 billion in 6 years. While Barca can object to the 49% being sold on and can match the offer to buy it back.

They expected? So it is not concrete, as in written in the contract, just our assumption that we will have a buyback?

By "in this term", you mean Laporta's term?

I tuned in really late. What did they say about the TV rights? 25% for how long? 25 years?

Why is that most of the delegate socis at the Assembly today are so old? I have hardly seen a middle-age face, let alone a young one.

They really should have opened this up to all socis to vote on.

Josep Manrubia (17,505): "Will the repurchase of BLM be on the same amount that it has cost or if it is done in 10 years for the price that BLM has then, which can be much higher?"

Guiu: "We understand your concern and your question. Within the different options there are repurchase prices that are being marked at the time of closing the operation and others of fixed with a percentage of how the company will be".

Whatever that means.
