Laporta is clearly moving in another direction without the chant groups:

"Now, what we are doing is fulfilling the wishes of the supporters' clubs to attend the match. In addition, there have been attacks on the club's security staff. We do not allow this. They have already been sanctioned. When we return to Camp Nou, we will have a new model of animation in the youth stands.
The future Grada d'Animació will be different. It could be made up of young people from 15 to 20 years old, without any link to the four current groups. The example that the club seeks to follow is that of Borussia Dortmund.

Fat fuck turning our club to some plastic woke nonsense.

And he even compares it to BVB who have one of the most numerous ultra' groups itw. Exact opposite of what he wants to do.

Idiot who doesn't know what he's talking about

If you’re at a stadium you are a member of and commit finable offenses that is on you vs presumptuous expectations to be bailed out due to that membership

Sportsmanship is a value of the club and paying fines like these for offenders sends the wrong message. Club espouses values that are contrary to those offenses, paying those fines is a pittance sum financially but priceless as a deterrent and message from club that behavior won’t be tolerated or bailed out

Own your shit

This doesn't sound as bad as people are making out. They shouldn't lose La Grada of course, but adding a bunch from the 15-20 year old age group is something that has been a tactic around Spain to create atmosphere and has worked wonders, particular at the Basque clubs.

These younger fans are the most passionate in the stadium, constantly singing and creating a hostile atmosphere for the opponents. Now, whether there are any of those types of younger fans in Barcelona who want to come and support the team every week is another question entirely.

But La Grada are very small in number and can't even fill out the lower section of Gol Nord, even in the biggest of games. They have to drape Barca flags over unsold seats, which is downright embarrassing. So more are needed for the singing section regardless.

I don't mind eliminating factions that bring hooliganism and sanctions to the club and act like "fuck it, let the club budget pay for it". Fuck them leechers.

Oh, wait a minute!? The club cannot survive without chants? Well, news is they are replaceable. Anyway Barca are not famous for their crowd.
