A normal president of a club would first find out how much they can spend and then spend that amount on a player and not a penny more but Laporta chose to buy the player and then start to figure out how to register him, it's that simple. I agree Tebas' rules are to strict but they are there and we have to obey them. It's 100% Laporta's fault.
