Doubt it.

No guarantee he survives this if Olmo doesn't get registered. Especially considering he himself and his board members cannot keep their mouth shut about when they're going to return to Camp Nou which keep getting delayed. Even had the Barcelona City Council members say recently they won't issue the safety clearances as it stands right now before at the earliest next season depending on how the work is done.

But the alternatives are worse.

So we're in a shitty situation lol.

He will sell that we're in a tough situation and it should stick. If he can't sell even that... he's a bad politician.

He was a complete failure as a politician, and even the greatest politicians would have a tough time selling this.

He can and will try though unless he actually decides to resign.

I wouldn't even call them alternatives, as in this age nobody has the balls to come out, tell the truth and admit defeat. "Yeah, we weren't compliant with LFP rules...". Instant impeachment in your face.

I mean in a socios structure. 51% privately owned, it's a different animal.

Bartomeu/Rosell were wracking the club for 10 years before socios decided to maybe do something about it and even Messi literally had to tell them to. Doubt this will be enough to get the fat fuck out even though I am all for it of course.

There are no details in the article, but I guess it will be something similiar to Bayern ownership model, where Adidas, Audi and Allianz hold 8% each of the stocks. Keep in mind all 3 brands are local Bavarian.

He had FIVE months to sort this out and he decided to leave it for the last 24 hours. You have to be a complete idiot for this to happen.
