People are overreacting and raging just cause it’s Laporta. Always whining and demanding someone new but there’s no one fit so far to be president. Laporta is the best option rn and until new ideas can be seen he’ll be the only person fit to lead us. We were made to believe that the situation was way better than it actually was by the previous administration. So, yeah have faith, yes it’s not 2003 anymore but it will take a bit longer for us to reach our former glory.

Even if he is not registered, Olmo is a valuable player with a good age. He is a long term investment for the club. We can't possibly be as dumb as to not have discussed with him this possible scenario beforehand.

So we will still be able to generate income from the VIP boxes according to this article, and like some here were saying, it's something already done by Madrid.

If La Liga have been found to allow Madrid to use the sale of VIP boxes for FFP, without the full amount paid in advance, like they demand of us, then legal action has to be taken against La Liga.

If so, sickeningly, Barca cuck fans will join Madrid fans in saying Laporta 'is making excuses' and will actually be complicit in covering up La Liga Madrid corruption.

Disgusting fans like that don't deserve to be demanding anything from the club.

No doubt. Unless the pricks changed the rules after Madrid's case.

La Liga needs to tread lightly also. They could go bankrupt if they lose a civil trial vs Barcelona.

If there is any proof that they gave us a harsher treatment than to other clubs... we should sue. If they didn't and we could not come up with the required documents in time, it's on us. Should be fairly simple.

Btw, loopholes in regulations are fair game to exploit if they exist. It's legal. To deny such attempt arbitrarily just because you have suspicions... it's not legal.

Bottom line is I don't care how badly we were run internally, it's our own mess and we will sort it out one way or another. But if there's anything La Liga did us dirty in, and we have a case, sue them.

This clown has to resign! Enough is enough! He had 4 fucking months to sort this out and now we lost Olmo for the second part of the season. No way L Liga will change their decision and I am 100% sure that court won't rule in our favour. Regulations are clear. We had until 31st of December and no player can be registered twice in one season. We don't have case at all.

Unless they had enough to admit our request since 31 and played hard ball about it and asked for more proof.

Then it gets complicated. I don't know if they can doubt paperwork being submited without any proof that they are false. It depends on what documents we submited until 31. If documents presented in these days only proove the ones submited on 31 were legit... I can see an angle for us.

We will see soon enough.

La Liga informs that, as of today, December 31, FC Barcelona has not presented any alternative that, in compliance with La Liga's economic control regulations, would allow it to register any player from next January 2.
I interpret these lines like this - Barca hasn't filed a single document and are lying or the media is being "leaked" with false info.
