The attitude stuff is an exaggerated narrative. He majorly fell out with Pep as we all know and in general has a moany-whiny typical Portuguese personality like Bruno for example. That's it really.


In the past Cancelo has been criticised for being a bit naive tactically at times.


Asked my Juve supporting friend: he said he's very gifted but has not trained according to the coach's demand two or three times and has moaned about playing time in the past.

That makes sense. And since Pep prefers to have submissive yes-man type of players, he had to phase him out for the good of everything else. It turned out to be a good decision tho.

He is might not be needed in City but for us he is Messi.

That's difference.

We almost lost 4 points in 2 games against 2 worst league teams.

We don't have money for Frimpong, Fresneda is to young, Cancelo suits us very well, can play on few positions...

He is 29, 25mil is nothing.

We paid Leganes almost backup striker 20mil.

He was one of City's best players until he fell out with PG.

12.5m for an unproven Valladollid reserve or double that for the best full back in the world as recent as 2 seasons ago. No contest is it.

There is not a shadow of a doubt Cancelo will be world class here. The first proper elite right back since Dani Alves. Fresneda on the other hand almost certainly won't reach half the level that Cancelo showed a few years back.

No worries about his attitude, which again is exaggerated on this forum. He will be a pussy cat here, knowing he is at the biggest club in the world.

The club have done great if they can indeed secure the bag for as little as 25m.
