Tarin is good,has the potential for 1st team but still need a season or two b4 being counted for 1st team.he trained once or twice with 1st team and it wa solely duo to being suspended with B team.
Quintillà so far is underwhelming.only 8 games with B team. Wasn't even called for the squad more than being starter. Also suffered a couple of injuries too.If he doesn't step up next year he is probably gonna be shown the door

Shot at the first team have one of them in as a 3rd or 4th cb and possibly try keep bartra and see what he can do with decent game time

Me neither.. Specially if we consider the fact that english players were never anything special in La Liga.. Beckham,Owen,Woodgate were all average.. OK maybe Beckham was a little above average but still far from his United form..

I don't see that issue to be honest .

He played against Diego Costa early season and whilst Costa wasn't at his best John Stones , dominated and even bullied him around on that day . I've not seen anyone else do that against Costa . Wether Costa is having a good match or a bad one .... he's always committed and aggressive .

I agree with every word .

A lot of John Stones's doubters simply haven't seen him play enough .

Everton were shockingly bad last season and nobody looked good.

John Stones is fast , tall , aggressive , strides out of defence with the ball much better than Pique and his passing short , long , even through balls is sublime !!

Plus he's very young .

I wish we could get him and put Puyol with him in training

How old was Beckham when he joined Madrid ??? Was he already in decline , I don't recall .

Owen and Woodbate were both injury hit players all through there careers ..

He's 21, any team that will want to buy him will have to pay more for about what he can become over the next decade than what he has shown until now. One bad season at his age won't affect his price too much especially because we are talking about EPL (and English) players who are always overpriced compared to players from other leagues because of financial power of EPL clubs. I won't say Stones is overrated or something like that because I didn't follow him enough to fairly judge him though.

I'd love to see a video of his interceptions , shot blocking and amazing long ball passing from tonight's game .

Stones has been coming back into form over the last few games. We are starting to see the real John Stones again. Good to see.

He was brilliant tonight.

Even though it was a friendly vs Australia he showed what he has to his game when he is on form and he has everything to be one of the best.

Huge season for him coming up.
