Jordi Alba

Thought he was terrible at times. Kids head ain't right he has no tactical awareness. Overlaps our forwards and gets trapped causing our defense to scramble. We can start calling him the headless chicken soon .

+1

+ he has the strength of my younger sister, he just get pushed around like nothing which really sucks if you are a defender.

Needs a tight slap to put him in his place. Tata should bench him in some games to get him off his high ground. He has a bad attitude and it may rub off on others. If u have passion then work hard like Puyol and don't be a bitch and playact like lightning struck you. Other teams having similar players doesn't justify his behavior because he's harming the team with his behavior let alone help because it make referees give key decisions against us as they will have his Diving history in mind

It's not just his diving but his constant abuse to the refs ala Cesc always gets them booked. Refs also ignore giving fouls when guys like Cesc and Alba get fouled because they constantly bitch in anger at the ref. They just need to shut the F up and stop swinging their hands up and down in the air in disgust every time they don't get a call.

Hi, its me..
Official: Jordi Alba, who was subbed off against Sevilla yesterday, has a thigh muscle injury and will be out for around 3 weeks

being out for 3 weeks, alba will certainly miss games against ajax, rayo, sociedad, almeria and celtic, and maybe also valladolid game

It may be a blessing in disguise? We might see Montoya now.
Not really, Alba's injury doesn't change much. Alves will still be starting, Adriano will play on the left IF he stays fit. Otherwise the only other option is to take Alves off for Montoya.

I do think Monotya will play more now. 3 weeks is a long time, especially with the Champs League. Before it was Adriano rotating with Alba and Alves. Now it will be Montoya.

And that's provided that Adriano can stay fit for those 3 weeks, which I doubt will happen if he plays every single game.

It's been coming. He's played non-stop football for 2 years now. With the Olympics, Confederations Cup and Euros on top of the club season.

He probably needs the break.
