Our defence has improved massively that season. Is there any link with Alba being injured? We will know it soon when he comes back.

With Messi out, I'd love to see Alba play LW with Neymar as CF and Sanchez on the right. Would be cool to see him there and have Adriano hold his LB spot as he deserves.

Alba would be much worse at attacking as a winger, as would any other fullback in the world. The overlapping run is one of the most overpowered things in world football, and easily the most undervalued one as well.

Well, I don't know how that would work, but that would be one fast front line. Little and fast, as opposed to the big and fast front three at RM.
