- "PSG had it easy with 10 men"
- complaining about the ref when his team got an undeserved man extra, a penalty (clear one though), and Diego Costa staying on the pitch
-"EPL toughest european league"
- blaming everyone but himself.
-no mention whatsover about Blanc (guy he worked with in Barcelona)
Whata lowlife of a manager. Must be fun for Chelski fans to make up excuses for him in order to feel comfortable with him managing their club.
Seems past his prime. How many times was his team in a winning position but surrendered down to overly negative tactics in recent years? I lost count. All he knows against any half decent team is getting 11 men behind the ball and fluking a goal somehow. 11 vs. 10 at home? Throw in Zouma. lol
He's easily the best manager in the league, give him the squad of any of the top4 and he would win the league with them. The Chelsea squad is not as good as the press make out, not exactly Barca/RM/Bayern esque. I wish MU would've pursued him but Sir Bobby Charlton rejected the idea after he said a MU manager would never do what Mou did to Tito and SAF went for the other man who he felt was a younger version of him and that was Moyes lol.Seems past his prime. One of the most uncomfortable entries on an ever-lengthening charge sheet was Mourinho's gouging of the eye of Tito Vilanova, then Barcelona's assistant coach, in the 2011 Spanish Super Cup. "A United manager wouldn't do that," Charlton says. "Mourinho is a really good coach but that's as far as I would go really. He's the manager of Real Madrid and we expect to play them in the Champions League by the end of the season."
When it is put to him that it is difficult to imagine a United manager being allowed to get away with some of Mourinho's behaviour, Charlton says: "You are right. He pontificates too much for my liking. He's a good manager, though."
But Ferguson admires Mourinho. "He doesn't like him too much, though," Charlton shoots back.
I wouldn't swap LVG for him tbh...Mourhino will never be able to build a team that will go into a European cup semi final and dominate the opposition...He's always been successful but I just feel like there's a ceiling to what his teams can do and we found that out with his inability to do well in Europe when his teams were favourites...and one major factor people keep ignoring when saying chelsea are shit is Hazard, There's no player in the league that's of the same level and he's a bigger factor than Mourhino for Chelsea's success this season..He's easily the best manager in the league, give him the squad of any of the top4 and he would win the league with them. I agree a lot of his success is using ready made players and maybe a worser tactician than LVG, but his man management skills are better, and his experience of the league is also excellent, LVG will stay for 3 years get good league experience and then may retire whereas Mou could've been a long term SAF replacement guaranteeing 2-3 titles every 5 years if we would promise a healthy budget (something we have given LVG). I honestly don't think he has a good enough squad to win CL or anyone in the PL does, and when he was at RM he lost in the semi against an amazing Barca team, and lost against Bayern via penalties another year. I am still happy with LVG as we ares starting to play the best football since 2009, and can see how he is building a good technical football foundation for the future kind of like how he did at other clubs.I wouldn't swap LVG for him tbh...Mourhino will never be able to build a team that will go into a European cup semi final and dominate the opposition...He's always been successful but I just feel like there's a ceiling to what his teams can do and we found that out with his inability to do well in Europe when his teams were favourites...and one major factor people keep ignoring when saying chelsea are shit is Hazard, There's no player in the league that's of the same level and he's a bigger factor than Mourhino for Chelsea's success this season..

Because Mourinho has created a system that makes the most of Hazard's ability... Creating space for him to run into and dribble, making him the pen taker and also the creative hub since Oscar and Willian are more about workrate and balancing Hazard's runs. In fact it's a bit similar to his Madrid system to get the best out of Ronaldo. Both are allowed to neglect their defensive duties from time to time as well.
Pellegrini hasn't. Him reaching crazy numbers started with Mourinho. And the Ronaldo during Mourinho's era was much more than just the goal scorer we see nowadays under Ancelotti imo.
