lol Mourinho overrated for being a manager who stays for no more than 3 years and winning multiple trophies during his career. And then we have Ancelotti who is seemingly the best thing since sliced bread who barely lasts more than 2 years at his clubs as well. The irony. Guardiola also seems to be going the same path (or will be a traitor if he extends at Bayern and gives them the same amount of years or even more than us). In other words: Long-term managers are rare at top level and a dying breed. Unless you want to go 10 years+ without winning the league. Deal with it.

Which would still be fine if he didnt leave them so destroyed. Mou is like a tornado after he is gone clubs are in terrible shape with a bad reputation to boot.
Meanwhile there are still a shitload of fans worship the ground he walks on and go full retard into the mourinho hype.
Only one tactic, park a bus motivate the players fully so that they are at their best in the second season before drained in the third, talk about yourself constantly and blame everyone else if you loses.
