Mourinho: "In 2010, I reached the maximum of my career, I won everything. This is the maximum. In the first season, I won the cup...against the best team in the world, I finished second to the best team in the world, and lost SF to best team in the world."

Mourinho: "... then we won the league against the best team in the world, with all the records."

Mourinho: "We lost in the semi0finals of the CL [against Bayern] when two of the best penalty-takers in the world missed penalties. Bad."

Mourinho: "In my fourth season, I go to CL SF, I fight for title until last moment, so these are four bad seasons of my career?"

Mourinho: "I'm guilty of that [being judged by higher standards], and I'm proud to be guilty of that."

Thats what I always dislike about him, his constant I won, Then I did, I beat, I got to..... But when he loses its everyone's fault but his own.
He is like Ronaldo in that way, extremely selfish and narcistic.

But he praised them in an attempt to aggrandize his own achievements.

This guy is so ridiculous. Using his typical tactic and style for like 10 years and being called a tactical genius

His greatest skill is his oratory and his ability to get players to buy into his wishes.

His tactics are text book

So once againt Mou blames someone else for his own weaknesses. Does he ever take responsibility himself?

Rafa has won trophies in the last two seasons. Mourinho has won fuck all. Mourinho couldn't get the richest club in the world to a Champions League final in three seasons - Ancelotti does it this season.

Mourinho is running out of clubs that have the spending power and gullibility he needs to succeed. Barca wouldn't touch him with a bargepole, nor would Bayern. United were a possibility and may still be but having seen him up close this season (especially that awful stalemate at Old Trafford) it's hard to see how he would last there for any length of time.

Chelsea is his spiritual home - he had the chance to go back and establish a dynasty but he's just not that way inclined. He had tens of millions to spend and a squad that was being managed through transition skillfully by Rafa last season. He could have built on the easing out of Terry and Lampard and the introduction of new players. He could have taken on a team that had just won another European trophy and made a real challenge for the league and the European Cup. Instead he's walked into Roman's living room and shat on the rug.
