It's not. Say whatever you want about how dirty politics is, but as a candidate, he nor the club is allowed to use FC Barcelona to influence the voters into voting for one cadidate.

I agree this is covert campaigning, but that is what makes it vague.
Honestly, no one can fault his actions. They will need hard evidence of an open attempt to persuade votes in his favour.

Maybe because that is a brochure of Bartomeu's campaign/program....which tells people to vote for him.... and that THE CLUB sent these and ONLY Bartomeu's brochures were in it. No other candidates, only theirs.

What Bartomeu is doing with those brochures is subconsciously manipulating socis to vote for him. Advertisements on tv do the same thing, even if you don't pay attention to them. It's still registered by the brain and it will make someone, especially those who have not yet decided, more likely to vote for Bartomeu.

One thing that really bothers me about the Rosell/Bartomeu presidency is the increasing pettiness in the club's actions.

Like the colored copies. Or the article about "the patient midfielder" (as opposed to the "impatient" Thiago). Or the official statement about Cesc's departure and his post-January form dip. Or the recent situation with Cruyff's signature being void. The kind of stuff a really big club should be able to stand above.
