Toni Freixa didn't leave the board, btw. He was accused of leaking things to the press, and lost his secretary position. But he can't be fired from the board. They thought he would resign, but he didn't. So he's still part of the board. Awkward as it gets. They think he is a spy, but can't make him go. Freixa is the only board member without an assigned position.
