You wouldn't take him over RL9? Roque and Alvarez sounds freaking awesome. We should have bought Alvarez and not Roque.
Now there is no point in this purchase.

Every major club on the planet would have submitted a bid already. Short therm, don't see him leaving unless Pep leaves.50mil? Don't believe that for a second. Send Lewy to Saudi and sign Alvarez.

Alvarez goals are more important than those of HaalandAlvarez as good as a player he is will get nowhere near the numbers of Haaland to be the main attacker. So if it was a choice between them, City would be ditching Alvarez.
Alvarez is class though as he’s versatile, he’s able to perform everywhere across the attacking positions. Performed at CAM very well this year.
In what sense are they more important?Alvarez goals are more important than those of Haaland
Also Alvarez without goals is a very important player
A Haaland not scoring is literally playing with 10 men
In what sense are they more important?
Haaland is missing De Bruyne no doubt but City are not dropping someone who scored 52 goals in 53 games because he didn’t score in the Champions League semi final or final.
He is probably referring to their current form, NT and club. There were some important goals scored by Alvarez this season for City.In what sense are they more important?
