Because he perfectly fits in Atletico and environment probably suits him with all Argentines

Prems often don't understand but world doesn't revolve around EPL unfortunately

Maybe in 3-4 seasons but would make zero sense if he left Atletico anytime soon. By that time I guess Liverpool will have found a long term striker already.

He'd be a good fit for any team, he's elite

Well how much would Liverpool offer for him considering he just went to Atleti for a big fee, and they would not want to let him go. Especially Simeone being an Argie boy.

If I were Liverpool, I would go for Raphinha, knowing that if the offer is big, Barcelona would think about selling and bringing in Nico. A deal that helps our financial tightrope while we have a replacement in mind.

We are talking of 100m on Alvarez, 150m for Isak, might aswell test Barcelona's resolve considering they are entertaining those amounts.

Atleti would demand 150mil at least for Alavarez, and don't think that Barca would accept below 150 either for Raphinha.

Well until Mendes intercepts the deal and says, "hey Joan, how about 120m for Rafael Leao, otherwise I edit your name onto the Epstein island list".

I think that 150m Isak fee might come down big time reading the latest reports. It all depends on Newcastle making the CL, their long-term vision and if Isak actually says he want to leave.

I still think he ends up leaving for around 120m if actually for sale. Now if that's worth it for us and whether we even can commit to such a big fee is another question.

I also wouldn't sell Raphinha unless he wants to leave himself. Nico for Raphinha might make sense business wise, but not sporting wise.

If nico played Flick ball, while he wouldn't score as much.

He would get at least 20 goals all comps.

That with a more Mobile striker and yamal a year older, we would be fine.

But i would rather nico + raph, than only one

Also raph as striker we should try that.

Only if we could get both Nico and Isak, would I sell Raphinha. Any other deal would be a downgrade.

Between Nico and Isak or another very good #9 then it's the striker that really moves the needle for us.

I hope we end up finding Lewandowski's replacement this summer. It would raise our ceiling significantly.
