I was amazed Moyes even started him. Failed to read the room at all, defending his selection by saying he's one of the key players in the squad etc. As if 3 points are more important than the issue of having an absolute scumbag in your squad.

The first sponsor has pulled the plug on West Ham apparently.. Vitality have severed links until it is clear that the club are taking the matter more seriously

Has Messigician already asked if the cats were vaccinated against Covid-19?

I can't believing that after what happened with Greenwood that West Ham lacked the acumen to not leave Zouma out of the club until the results of further internal investigation.

I'm in no way making the extent of the two incidents comparable. Just the negative blowback that they will invariably bring and the club being completely obvious to not only the consequence, but rather more shockingly, them not having the heart to immediately reprimand and vindicate such an act.

On a sidenote, we are living times where a 10 year old tweet can get a social media witch hunt started and have you cancelled. Clubs really need to manage the players social media and in direct regards to the vile video of Zouma, strongly invest in their mental health programs.

I think the overall punishment on Zouma is overboard (with the fines, Adidas deal cancellation, and potential prison time), I recall Hazard getting a 3 match ban for kicking a defenseless ball boy, and there's a sport where horses are drugged and traumatized for fun, plus people in the UK have licensed guns to hunt defenseless birds, deers, foxes. I'll add the fact that millions of different animals are also slaughtered yearly for consumption in the UK, so I think the overall punishment is overboard and kinda hypocritical, that's life though
