Neymar peaked 2 years ago. Not even kidding.
Yeah I don't think he's going to get better really, his level now is about his optimum. Especially not playing against this level of opponent every week. He might as well be back at Santos playing in the State championships if it wasn't for the CL.
Mbappe should have gone to the Premier League or held out for Real or Barca. At least he's got the excuse of going to his home town club.

Real test will be in CL like last year, not against a 10 men Metz.
If he does the same as last year in CL, there will no debate, Ligue 1 or not.
I just hope we will have a shot in recruiting him one day since PSG hates us so badly. And I don't want to wait 5 years for his contract running out.
Neymar's single biggest obstacle is his own mindset. I don't think he has the mentality to surpass the peak he's shown some seasons ago in Barcelona.
Despite some people claiming that moving to PSG was a challenge, I think he took the easy way out. 4 high-level matches a season is not a challenge or an incentive to keep him sharp throughout the season. And if he actually wanted to prove himself as the best player in the world that is not where he should have stayed in La Liga or gone to the EPL.
He'll earn lots of money and will have time to dedicate to living the celebrity life.
At least Mbappe is young. I think it will do him good to stay the in French league a bit longer. He can develop more in his comfort zone.

Not true. Watched the game this morning, and with Neymar, he was the best parisian last night. He had an average debut. Made a lot of noob errors and very few good moves.
