Having Mbappe and Dembélé in the team would be a dream and would secure us a bright future, so at least it's worth a try. Of course getting both is only possible if we really sell Ney.

Can have another midfielder there in Verratti's place, but one thing is for sure. If Neymar leaves now, go all in for Dembele. If Mbappe has a great season, go all in for him next summer and proves to be a special taleng, use Nike, Dembele, Umtiti, everyone to convince him.

120m for Dembele, 90m for Mbappe and use the Verratti money we were willing to spend on Eriksen/Coutinho/Naby Keita?

If we had our second biggest star at the moment signed for another club, we will have to make a statement. I said it before that Barca had to go through years to establish themselves as one of the top clubs (top 3 or 4,not just a big club), the club who will buy your superstar not the other way around.
Neymar getting to another club -I am almost sure it is bs but let's role with the rumors-could set us back in that regard. Mpabbe is currently the big name player,Dembele less but he fits us like a glove even with his sloppy dribbling (he doesn't protect the ball well) and both play in same line as Neymar. Sell one of the other attacker (Gerard,Denis, Rafinha etc) and increase our initial budget
This goes beyond football tbh. The club need to make a come back for its image even if it is a football manager mood
