Well PSG should be left behind by the rest of the clubs who want to play by rules.

During decades and decades, Real, Barca, Valencia, Atletico, Villareal and many others had tons and tons of debts. Those debts allow spanish clubs to buy best players and build their history. It was no limit.
Then those debts were erased by spanish justice court in the beginning of 2000's and spanish banks and tax authority accepted to lose money for political reasons. Justice accepted some frauds especially for Real.
With the financial crisis and the huge impact in Spain, spanish parliament decided to stop those bullshit. But spanish clubs have still enormous debts (2015 figures) :
- Valencia 466 millions €
- FC Barcelona 494 millions €
- Real Madrid 602 millions €

Barca are owed by fans and whatever the debt is it actually has to be paid and is paid by Barca football club as they stand on their own two feet and are good for it.
On the other side you have PSG that was picked up from trash and is bottomless pit and a front for one tiny Middle Eastern corrupt and backward country whose goal is Sharia for everyone.

Don't take it as an insult (I won't insult somebody whatever club you support), but I still don't understand how PSG is planning to buy Neymar+Mbappe+a 6+Oblak (rumor all day that they plan to to pull his release clause).

+500M at the bare miminum.
Either PSG bribed UEFA, or they have lost it.

Obviously they did whatever way you look at it but it depends on what Uefa rule on it in relation to the FFP rules.

Read somewhere on here that PSG are basically ready to suffer the harshest sanctions available, which is why they are going all in on everyone as a big transfer ban is coming. If PSG really intends to keep buying then I'd bet that is the case. PSG's case would become a precedent and the harshest sanctions will be hardened for future offenders...
It goes against UEFA FFP rules then.
