Obviously they did whatever way you look at it but it depends on what Uefa rule on it in relation to the FFP rules.

Of course they rule it as ok. Neymar got 300m to be Qatar ambassador, then he paid his own transfer and moved to PSG as a free agent. That's the official version of the story.

Read somewhere on here that PSG are basically ready to suffer the harshest sanctions available, which is why they are going all in on everyone as a big transfer ban is coming. If PSG really intends to keep buying then I'd bet that is the case. PSG's case would become a precedent and the harshest sanctions will be hardened for future offenders...

This would make Nasser look like a complete clown and a liar given his statements at Neymar's press conference.

But I can see it happening, apparently Oblak's agent met with Nasser today and the plan is to have PSG activate his release clause.

But getting 300M for that is bullshits.

I mean, who will believe that they paid him 300M just for the WC, while everyone sees it was to help PSG bypass FFP.

I refuse to believe UEFA can let it pass.

Wouldnt say of course they see it as ok due to that.

well it's expected given that PSG is confident enough to finalize it, and now even goes on to sign another crazily expensive player. That wouldn't happen if they were unsure if it works.

PSG was ultra confident that their QTA deal was 100% legit.

In the end, UEFA cut it by half. Then they punished PSG.

What PSG is saying means nothing.

And then relaxed PSG's sections because they didn't want to be taken to court. I'm unworried.

So he got the money while he is still under contract with Barcelona. Qatar is the state that owns PSG and many other domestic clubs. This is a conflict of interest, it's like Messi is being paid to promote and market an entity linked and owned by Real Madrid.

Bla bla bla bla ...

During decades and decades, Real, Barca, Valencia, Atletico, Villareal and many others had tons and tons of debts. Those debts allow spanish clubs to buy best players and build their history. It was no limit.

Then those debts were erased by spanish justice court in the beginning of 2000's and spanish banks and tax authority accepted to lose money for political reasons. Justice accepted some frauds especially for Real.

With the financial crisis and the huge impact in Spain, spanish parliament decided to stop those bullshit. But spanish clubs have still enormous debts (2015 figures) :
- Valencia 466 millions €
- FC Barcelona 494 millions €
- Real Madrid 602 millions €

Don't try to rewrite History...

Very valid point. There is 0 difference between real Madrid's spending back in the day and psg's nowdays. Only a biased opinion would disagree. However, 2 wrongs never make a "right". Valid opinion neverthless.
