European sports law supports a free market. You guys do realise it requires only a single lawsuit to screw FFP? This whole rule is entirely existing because clubs are condoning it. That's the joke about it, that's why loopholes are abused since years and why UEFA are being so inconsequent at enforcing the rules that they themselves made up.

Those loopholes are left out on purpose. A player has no right to activate his buyout clause. If he gets any money than its his and him only. A player should not be allowed to break a contract. If they call that "slavery" then i volunteer to take part in this implantation where i can make hundreds of millions kicking a ball. UEFA have 2 options:
1- eradicate those loopholes, and it's not rocket science.
2- abrogate this FFP bullshit and reimburse every single club which has paid a fine since the start.
