If you look at the km ran of Vazquez this half you'll probably see an incredible number, more akin to a do-or-die CL match than a La Liga game.

Benzema, Casemiro, Vazquez had extremely consistent halves in every department. But everyone played well for Madrid really. The best I've seen them so far in La Liga.

Only comparable in goals, but Benzema can simply run, while Suarez is done as an athlete. This proves Benzema, as criticized as he is, still has legs for these types of intense matches.

Of course, they can still fool around and lose focus and get outplayed by Eibar at home or something . But physically, they don't seem done, like Barca are. Talking about the key players here, the backbone of the team.

Yea, Madrid prepared this match expertly. Kept Atletico under pressure and they collapsed in the start of the match. Could've been even worse, a bit lucky to be only 0-1 down AM.

Suarez wasn`t a better overall player than Benzema last season, but still had a higher goal and assist number per minute than Benzema though.
