Struggled "big time" is too much, you can say what you want about the ref decisions, but we clearly created more chances than Bayern did, we were the better side over the two legs, 17/18 however, Bayern were the better side.

Pep: Never won CL without Messi, and could argue that his teams always had the best squad when they won.
Klopp: bottler himself, suits underdog, Liverpool team underachiever considering it is great generation they have.
And let's not forget how the management protects him from himself, the man wanted Brandt over Salah, great scout he is.
Carlo: one year ago people considered him a bum. CL specialist but bad in leagues etc
Conte: CL certified bum.
Tuchel: underachiever in league, kills all confidence in his attackers, stubborn, and crazy man who never last long enough before burning bridges
That isn't my opinions btw, but all those opinions are said about those coaches a lot of the times.
Heck, your list doesn't have Zidane and Simeone who were 2 of the absolute best in past decade
It is just people reached the point of unrealistic expectations all the time. If you aren't perfect then you are overrated.
Look at players, it took Messi and CR7 almost a decade and half to not gaving goid portions of fans thinking that one of them is fraud.
Once you get more realistic, you can appreciate the brilliance of many coaches and what they have achieved rather than what's not

Such a stupid outcome of Val-Atl game lmao. Especially due to Antuanette "25 minutes" Greesmon gets lucky deflection goal (showed his true level later missing absolute sitter). Valencia is interesting team, but so far they seem to have way more energy and grit than brains, just like Gattuso the player. Cavani will be huge boost for them, because their final third ability is miserable despite colossal forces thrown forward. Will be annoying playing against them at Mestala. Gattuso is good match for Simeone in sideline emo antics. Was funny to watch just like their cockfight of a game.

Carlo would've been done by the squad imo, just as EV. He is like the better version of EV, but the team flaws that did EV, they could have done Ancelotti too. It's close, and we could have won the CL with Ancelotti instead of EV, but it's not sure thing.
Just remember Ancelotti Madrid from 3-1, to 3-4 vs Chelsea, basically out of it with 10 mins left or so in the tie. You really see Barca players fighting back and turning that? Imagine Alba and Busi, and Stegen at 0-3 at home vs Chelsea.
Why Carlo couldn't do it when Milan were humiliated by Deportivo and Liverpool??? Bottled all 3 goals lead in 2 games.
Barca never have that much of comeback spirit/style. Replace Madrid last season by Barca and PSG/Chelsea/City would win 4 or 5 goals easily. If Barca are dominated, it is a certain loss. Check Bayern 2013, PSG 2017, Juve 2017, Roma 2018, Liverpool 2019, Bayern 2020, PSG 2021, Bayern 2021 again Frankfurt 2022.
