Lautaro Martinez

Lautaro is more of a 9 than Depay is.

Playing with Lukaku at Inter and deeper but he is a 9 that leads the line as best position.

First of all Depay is much faster and that's something we lack for some time now! Secondly, IMHO Lautaro is not a classical striker. I am sure he will have problems adapting to our style but I might be wrong on this. What I am sure of is that 100 mil is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much for him.

I would also like to know how will we fit Messi, Griezmann, Coutinho and Lautaro in one team???? No to mention we also have Dembele, Trincao and Fati. Horrible balance once more. We will again have 324728037208 attackers and only one of them is fast enough to play on the wing. Secondly we will have 4 DM players. 3 out of those 4 are slow as it gets and can't defend at all. 4 out of those 4 can't shoot the ball outside of the box, 3 out of 4 and have problems providing that final pass. If you add Puig to them we will basically have exactly the same problem we had during the last 2-3 seasons.

Furthermore, we haven't addressed our defensive issues at all. It looks like Garcia won't come back until 2021 so we will be left with Pique - Lenglet partnership for another year!? We still have drained out cry-master Alba and other 3 full backs who are way bellow Barca level.

Another fiasco incoming! We really need to stop buying "names" for shirt selling and start addressing issues we have!

Cat radio says that we could sell Semedo.

Lautaro flop is coming for 100m.

Relax.

If anything happens it will probably be a swap Semedo for Cancelo and/or E.Garcia (with money included).

Inter have just bought Hakimi, they have no need for Semedo.

It's worse in every possible way. Wijnaldum would suit us better than Thiago with Pjanic already here. Depay can be used on wing and centrally while Lautaro basically has the same problem as Griezmann. He can't play on the wing and his usual role in the team overlaps with Messi and Griezmann! So apart from being more expensive they will add absolutely nothing new!

i understand that wijnaldum would be more of a water carrier in the setup you imagine. but maybe, koeman thinks of something else. with frenkie being the energetic mid and thiago + pjanic/busquets being the ones that keep shape and orchestrate our play.

depay hasn't played on the wing for a while. i see him more like griezmann and messi than lautaro who is more direct.

Look I am not delighted with Depay/Wijnaldum combo but buying Lautaro for 100 mil is crazy as it gets. I also don't like the fact that we bought "grandpa" Pjanic. Thiago is superior to him in every single way. Problem is, we already bought him so I really see no point in buying Thiago with De Jong, Busquets and Pjanic still here. We need a good team balance for once, so I would rather buy someone who can run, defend and attack even if that player is technically inferior to Thiago.

To be fair, it's obvious Pjanic was brought here only to balance books. We are acting like we don't count on him at all. Barto is indeed only feeling the holes in the balance sheet for some time now.

Wow. Please Madrid, take the Argentinian Jovic. Actually Jovic scored goals in his season before so bad comparison...

Would be great but Florentino said he won't spend much this year and I believe him. He's smartly saving money for Camavinga, Haaland and/or Mbappe.

It's probably just a way for Bartomeu to say "we beat RM for Lautaro's services" if/when we'll sign him.

I think Inter just wants to raise the price tag for him. I hope Barto will not be stupid and will not make an offer.

Real doesn't want him.
That is a media spin for Catalan people: evil RM wanted him, but we stole the guy. What a win!

Nobody wants to buy Lautaro.

Messi and 1 of our sporting directors are the only two people in the world who want to buy this clown.

This has nothing to do with Messi, cmon man. is Messi even close with Lautaro? if we were trying to buy Aguero you'd have a point but it makes no sense why Messi would want Barca to sign this guy considering how much he wants to leave Barca himself

its Barto and his south american fetish

Messi is and will cause us many problems financially and tactically but you can't blame the guy for everything
