As I suspected. They can't afford to have all 3 in the team without breaking the FFP rules.
They won't be offloading Mbappe. He's still so young and can only get better. I don't think Mbappe is going anywhere regardless. He'll either sign a new contract or he'll wait till next year so he can leave on a free. No team can really afford to sign him in the summer. Neymar has pretty much agreed to sign a new contract, so he's not going anywhere any time soon.

Thats the worst case scenario for me. Messi leaves to p$g, Mbappe to Madrid while barca is left struggling for years.

Mbappe won't be leaving in the summer. PSG would rather lose him on a free than sell him in the summer, especially to Madrid. Besides, I don't think any team can afford to buy Mbappe in the summer due to COVID. I think Mbappe and Neymar are close to signing new contracts in either case.
Negotiating with PSG is impossible anyway, they would ask for 200-250 mill for Mbappe with a year left of his contract.
