Lionel Messi - v7

Alba, Su?rez and Rakitic should leave immediately, in my opinion... Piqu? and Busi can take a comfy seat in the bench for the next season... Vidal is a weird case, so if he leaves or stays doesn't make much of a difference...

And there is still the cases of Griezmann, Coutinho and Dembele, whom I think we are stuck with for at least one more season...

our best option is to see how Griezmann, Coutinho and Dembele work under a manager like Poch and then next summer assess. a functioning team with a decent manager is much better than pensioners and a declining GOAT with a yes-man. Messi leaving will be painful short term.. or actually, will it? its not like we are close to winning anything this season anyway

board stays for 1 more year. kick all the members against Poch coming in. get rid of club de amigos and give our 'flops' (aka the players who don't fit because our #9 and #10 don't move) a chance. we've got nothing to lose, this is the worst defeat in our history

Best midfielder around
Inter are about to sign Tonali, so I don’t know if they want Vidal anymore. They’re serious about improving their team.

And Ndombele. Don't think Inter want Vidal anymore. Their midfield is packed as it is.

It would be enormously hypocritical for the Amigos to blame the board. It's like one of those cheesy CSI Miami episodes where two killers try to pin the murder on their partner to come out clean.

Board and Amigos out please. I am willing to see Messi as exception and keep him but only if he changes his ways completely. Which I don't have faith he will at all.

Agreed. Our flop Coutinho was loaned by Bayern Munich who beat us 8-2, and he scored 2 goals and made an assist. If he's good enough to play for them, he's good enough to play for us as well.

Starting with a clean slate means 2nd chances for every player that can still run and train well. I'd move any veteran except for Messi right away if possible, with Messi pending to see if he changes or not. Keep all the others with many new players like Fati and Puig getting first 11 minutes consistently.

Well, if Messi doesn't understand this is better for the club long-term he needs to leave too. No question about it.

Yup, pretty much this...
