Folk argued the other day that Messi generates hundreds of millions for Barca...but now the argument is 'it will cost money to keep him'.

Players get kept all the time against their will if that is what contract allows.

Unless City put in a bid high enough for Barca to at least consider Barca wont sell him or let him go.
