Honestly, his durability is insane. The more I review the tackle, the more I'm convinced he's made of adamantium. He also had some of the highest acceleration I've seen in a player from 2005-2009 (definitely the highest with the ball).

2005-2010 Messi's acceleration with the ball was fucking ridiculous. Anyone else remember that insane Villarreal game he had back in 2007/2008? Pure menacing speed with the most perfect ball retention.

His acceleration was insane up until 2012 or so, i'd say, and it was still good after that for 2-3 years.

Only player i think was about as good in terms of technical dribbling was Iniesta, he just didnt have that burst of acceleration to make him as threatening.
