He said City are a cut above the other 4 contenders except for their usual meltdown.

Chelsea have been hit or miss in many games this season.

Bayern have shown weaknesses as well, and have been in poor form lately.

Liverpool is the only one I would class potentially with City.

You're losing your mind over here trying to stir shit for PSG/Messi (no surprises why). No one is saying they're prime Barcelona (absolutely no one is saying they're the best team in the world, most have them 4-5ish) , but here you are acting like that's what we are saying and that the other teams in question (Bayern, Pool, Chelsea) are also prime Barcelona with basically no weaknesses.
