Has to keep coming deep again because this psg team don't know how to get into the final third enough. This team is all about releasing mbappes into space. Definitely should have joined city

People keep quoting these "disastrous games" over and over, but they are walking the league, why should they put more effort into it than they have to?
No matter how "bad" they are, they beat City on aggregate, and did what they wanted to against RM, those are the games that really counts.

From bits I saw, his touch and dribbling looked good but doesn't seem like he had any impact in the final third.

Matches like this are giving some credence to the system scorer/player stuff. He doesn't look that declined physically or technically from his last two seasons at Barca but his influence around goal in this setup is far less.
