I dislike Madrid getting this player for free, but it's still so funny how they pick and choose some of the best players in that league. Must sting like crazy for EPL fans who think English teams are the pinnacle of football when you're constantly shamed like that. Fabregas, Henry, Suarez, Barca. Ronaldo, Bale, Rudiger, TAA, Madrid. Rodri gonna be next soon probably.

How the hell are you supposed to compete with Madrid when your local home boy runs his contract down to follow his dream of playing for them? You will never see something like that happening the other way around. When a Madrid star runs his contract down to join Liverpool, I'll know the poles of power have changed.

I think it's pretty stupid from TAA point of view. He could be a Liverpool legend but he'll throw it all away to be just another player in Madrid (potentially even a flop).

Mbape and Vinicius, even tap-in ham, will always win it ahead of him

For Latin Americans and Spanish/Iberian people like Suarez, Ronaldo, Fabregas, etc. you know that Madrid or Barca is their dream

What is certainly a blow to EPL is that this pull exists even in local English boys, who dream more of a Madrid than of a UTD or a Liverpool....

Real Madrid and Barcelona simply have a pull and attraction that no other club has, especially the former.
